About the Event
In this class, you will learn the basics of homemade cultured mozzarella, including which milk to use, where to find cultures, how and when to add seasonings and more. We will also cover pH points, stretching techniques and how to use the leftover whey to make fresh ricotta. Louella Hill is the author of the book Kitchen Creamery and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Southern Cheese Guild.
