This spicy and sweet rub is great on many things. Our house favorite is as follows:
Six slices of good, thick bacon
Bacon rub, just enough to sprinkle on both sides
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Red bell pepper, granulated garlic, red pepper flakes (cayenne), roasted granulated garlic, Demerara sugar, salt, dried whole milk.
Place bacon on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Brush with maple syrup and sprinkle on Bill's Bacon Rub.
Bake for 6-7 minutes per side.
Serve while hot, or cut into bite-sized pieces and serve as an appetizer at room temperature.
